When my now 8yr old was a toddler, I found myself waking up exhausted. My brain felt as mushy as baby food. I was snapping over nothing, bloated, and uncomfortable in my own skin. I didn't feel like me anymore. It was really confusing and beyond frustrating feeling like a stranger in my own body.

You see, I'd been through crazy heavy cycles with earth shattering migraines that led me to birth control behind my parents back in my teens..
